*1. Fresh & Organic Guarantee:* Since we deal in organic foods, oils and teas, we ensure 100% pure products. If you receive a wrong or damaged product, you are eligible for return.
*2. Return Eligibility:*
- You must inform us within 48 hours of receiving the parcel.
- Product must be unused, unwashed and in original packaging.
- You must send an unboxing video as proof for damaged / wrong item.
- *Cotton Seeds 50kg bag, opened oils and teas are non-returnable due to hygiene reasons.*
