*1. Processing Time:*
All orders are processed within 24-48 hours (Monday to Saturday). Orders placed on Sunday / public holidays will be processed next working day.

*2. Delivery Time:*
- *Rawalpindi / Islamabad:* 1-2 working days
- *Other Major Cities (Lahore, Karachi, Peshawar, Faisalabad etc):* 2-4 working days
- *Remote Areas:* 3-5 working days

*3. Shipping Charges:*
- Flat Delivery Charge: Rs. 199 for all over Pakistan
- *FREE DELIVERY* on orders above Rs. 3000
- For Cotton Seeds 50kg Bag: Shipping will be calculated based on weight and city (Cargo Service).

*4. Cash on Delivery (COD) Available:*
We offer Cash on Delivery all over Pakistan. Please ensure your phone number is active for rider contact.

*5. Order Tracking:*
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via WhatsApp / SMS.

*6. Damaged Parcel:*
